Postcards sent from Europe have a matte exterior. Postcards sent from the US and Australia have a glossy exterior. Due to the different coatings on the front and back of the card, identical colors may appear slightly different on the respective surfaces. A small QR code is printed in the lower left corner of the back of the postcard—it is intended for the production team.
RETURN POLICY
Since each art print is individually produced for you after you place your order (print-on-demand), there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A return or refund is therefore only possible for damaged or defective products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to find a solution.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping for one art postcard costs €4. If you purchase multiple art postcards, the €4 shipping fee is charged only once. All art prints are produced exclusively for you by Printful after your order and shipped directly from the nearest printing facility. Production time typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery. For Germany, the total delivery time is typically approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that the shipping time is an estimate and not a guarantee. If you order an original artwork in addition to an art print, please note that these items will be shipped in separate shipments.
